What you get

All of it, for the one price.

  • Every enquiry in one place. Forward the email and it becomes a job, with the customer's details already filled in.
  • Quotes your customer accepts online, with their name signed against it.
  • A deposit on the quote, taken at the moment they accept.
  • Invoices paid by card or straight from a bank account.
  • Your invoices sync to Xero.
  • CIS comes off the labour on an invoice, with the reverse charge where it applies.
  • What you've charged in VAT and what you've paid out, by quarter. We're not an MTD tool, so you file it yourself.
  • A board showing every job that's open, stuck or waiting on you.
  • Scheduling that knows what you've already committed to that week.
  • Photos your customer sends land on the job, not in your camera roll.
  • Works on your phone, and keeps working when the signal doesn't.
  • Email support from the person who built it.
  • Written guides for every part of the job, at your own pace.

What it doesn't do yet

Better you know now than in week two.

  • QuickBooks — Xero works today, QuickBooks doesn't.
  • Electrical certificates. Keep using the app you already have for those.
  • A customer login. Your customers get links to their quotes and invoices instead.
  • Time tracking. You type the hours in when you raise the invoice.

Taking someone on

Add a person, pay for a person.

Most tools in this trade make you jump a whole tier to add one pair of hands. You add the person.
