Add someone to your account

Your £25 covers you, one more admin and two crew. Nobody has to jump up a tier to give an apprentice the week's work.

The three roles

• Owner — you. Everything, including the billing.
• Admin — quotes, invoices, payments, everything except the billing.
• Crew — their jobs, the schedule and photos. No prices, no quotes, no invoices.

Crew not seeing money is enforced properly, not by hiding a menu. There is no page, no total and no link that shows a crew member what a job is worth.

Steps

1. Go to Settings, then People.
2. Tap Add someone.
3. Put in Their email address and choose the role.

They get an email, sign in, and land in your account rather than starting one of their own.

Choosing the role

Ask one question: should this person see what the job is worth?

Someone quoting and chasing money is an admin. Someone turning up and doing the work is crew. When in doubt make them crew — moving someone up later is easy, and un-seeing a price list is not.

What extra people cost

The first admin and the first two crew are in the £25. Beyond that it is £10 a month per admin and £5 per crew member.
